Phone Line Repairs

Phoneworks' Telstra Accredited technicians will efficiently locate and repair any phone line faults

Phoneworks technicians are fully equipped with specialised testing equipment for Phone Line Repairs. Regardless of whether the line is servicing ADSL, fax, eftpos, alarm or any type of phone, we have the latest equipment to locate the fault and repair it quickly and efficiently.

Phoneworks draws its expertise in Phone Line Repairs from telecommunication technicians who have had extensive careers in the industry.

Our independent Telstra Accredited technicians are also able to access Telstra’s own "Field Access Service Test" or their "OATS" test in cases where the service provider is using Telstra’s equipment at the exchange.

On completion of the job, we will issue you with a Phoneworks Certificate of Compliance, detailing the works carried out, and all other relevant licence details, as requirement by law.

On some jobs, our technicians may identify that the phone line fault is not located on the premises and are able to complete a Phoneworks Telecommunications Line Fault Report on request.

This Telecommunications Line Fault Report will detail all relevant information which can then be passed back to the provider for a possible refund of our invoice and assist in a claim for compensation, known as Customer Service Guarantees (CSGs).

All Phone Line Repairs and workmanship are covered by our Phoneworks 10 Year Workmanship Guarantee.

Parts are covered by our own in-house Phoneworks Parts Guarantee which extends the manufacturers guarantee to 3 years. See Terms and Conditions.
